We originally came across Monster mortgage through a reference from our real estate agent. She recommended we speak with Mike Sauter and forwarded his information.
To say Mike was great is an understatement, our first mortgage with MCAP for our property was very stressful and full of surprises but in the end he got it worked out. Our refinancing of the property, which recently closed was again full of excitement, but Mike to his credit dealt with every problem, delay or unknown that surfaced effectively and efficiently. For both mortgages our information was at times incomplete and Mike helped us get everything sorted and organized.
In the end we were able to achieve our goals of owning and renovating our first property and a huge part of making that happen was Mike. I have already recommended him to my brother who is currently shopping mortgages and I will continue to recommend him in the future.
