Sat 2 May, 20:11 Happy Saturday Kristian & Surendra.! Thank-you so much, Surendra, for staying on top of our mortgage process for us. We are so happy about National Bank taking us on as their Client. People have noticed the change in both my husband & myself, as we look like the world has been lifted off our shoulders. We both feel like we can physically breathe again. We didn't realize how much the extra debt was literally weighing on us. I have a story to tell you, Surendra. Before I contacted Kristian to help us, I had actually visited a National Bank Branch in Heartland, asking them if they could switch out our Chip Mortgage to them. My sister in Newfoundland, worked for National Bank for years, and she told me that of all of the "Big 6 Banks", that National Bank was the most "Human". The young lady at National Bank, who was working with us, her name was Aman, was doing everything to help us because she really wanted it to work. She worked on our file for approximately a month, tirelessly, but in the end the underwriters couldn't approve it. I then told my husband that I was going to contact Monster Mortgage, because I saw your Ad on CP24, and the Ad stated, "When the Banks turn you away, come to us." I knew our house wasn't going to sell, Surendra, because the market is saturated right now, plus TD Bank told me to take our home off the market & wait for 3 years, because Donald Trump in the USA was ruining everything for everybody. Then Kristian scheduled you to do a phone call with us, & you told us that you would have a Lender for us within 2 days. When you came to our home on March 29, Surendra, and you told us that National Bank was willing to help us, my husband & I were so delighted. After you left our home that day. I told my husband that this is not a coincidence, and that we had to do whatever the National Bank wanted us to do. So, I call it "Fate". I totally believe that it all worked out the way it did, because we are exactly where we are supposed to be right now. Monster Mortgage is an awesome company to deal with. Our most recent experience really highlights their commitment and execution. Our mortgage specialist Nickolas Procska showed the utmost in professionalism and dedication to our rather complicated lending needs. We wanted to purchase a partially completed home while also needing to apply for a mortgage on an imminent condo closing at the same time. Unfinished constructed homes on the market are more complex in terms of securing financing as they have limited lending arrangements. We had many moving parts to our real estate needs but Nickolas was an absolute magician in assessing our situation and offering the most favourable solution to best serve our requirements. He was a warrior in putting together ideas that would enable us to secure HELOCS against existing properties and a mortgage for a condo. We really admired his prompt communications, his easily understandable documented proposals and his valued accessibility during our stressful time. We really couldn’t have asked for more. If you require any assistance regarding your lending needs don’t even bother going anywhere else.
